– EMF’S (Electromagnetic Frequencies) effect on strength and movement

(Video coming soon)

EMF’s are all around us. It seems that they are everywhere: mobile phones, tablets, iPads, Fitbits, and numerous other devices we wear, or we are near. Heck – perhaps you are in a crowd of 1,000 people and nearly every person has a smart phone. There you go – 1,000 devices (minimum) emitting EMF’s. That is a LOT of EMF’s to be near.

EMF’s have a direct effect on our strength and movement.

To demonstrate, try the following test (and be sure your patient is not having shoulder issues prior to administering):

• Instruct your patient to stand with their arms extended out to the front, parallel to the floor, and elbows locked

• Next, on the count of three, the tester (with hands placed on patients’ upper forearms near the elbows) firmly pushes on patients’ arms attempting to break the starting position of arms parallel to the ground

Testers: make a mental not of how easy or difficult it was to break the patient’s starting position

• Now, have the patient hold a mobile phone in one hand (be sure it does not have an EMF blocker on it)

• Repeat the test. On the count of three, the tester (with hands placed on patients’ upper forearms near the elbows) firmly pushes on patients’ arms attempting to break the starting position of arms parallel to the ground

Testers: make a mental not of how easy or difficult it was to break the patient’s starting position

• What did you notice? Were you able to break the patient more easily? Were they weaker when holding the cell phone?

• Next, if you have a phone with an EMF blocker in it, have the patient hold the phone and repeat the test.

• What did you notice? Were they stronger? Was it more difficult to break them? It probably was, and that is because EMF’s are so powerful. They cause us to lose strength.

• Taking it one step further (people are blown away by this test), if you have another person available, give a phone to that person to hold. Be sure it does not have an EMF blocker on it. Have this person hold the phone in one hand while placing their other hand on the shoulder of your patient

• Now, repeat the resistance test with you patient

Testers: make a mental not of how easy or difficult it was to break the patient’s starting position

• Next: have the extra person set down the phone while keeping a hand on the shoulder of your patient. Repeat the resistance test.

• Testers: did you notice an increase in strength? You likely did. This is yet another demonstration of the power of EMF’s

Take away message: EMF’s are powerful and affect our strength and ability to move. While it may not feel like they are affecting us, it is a fact that they do. Do yourself a favor and shop for a quality EMF blocker. Place a blocker on any EMF emitting device you own.

I have blockers on my phone, iPad, and Garmin watch. They make a difference.
